The following User Agreement & Terms of Service detailed below state the Agreement you enter into with us upon use of this Site. Your visit to this Site and purchase of any product binds you to the following Terms and Conditions set forth. If you have placed an order with and wish to cancel it, you may do so within 2 hours of completing the order, as we usually process orders and ship them as soon as they come in. Processing time can vary between 1 - 24 hours, depending on the time and day of the week the order is placed.

Return Policy
We offer full refunds, minus the cost of shipping, only for products that have returned to us unopened and unused within 30 days from the date you received the package. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping products back to us.

Please note that we are not able to accept returns or refund products that have been opened under any circumstances. We sell aesthetic products for individual use that may not be used by anyone other than the buyer and can, therefore not be resold.

If your item is damaged or defective, we will be happy to repair or replace it.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by Customs inspections in the recipient's country, nor are we responsible for any Customs duties, VAT, or sales tax charges you may be charged upon delivery.

Silk'n devices purchased with us include a 1-Year built-in warranty. If your device isn't working properly, we'll be happy to service it and return it in working order, or replace it with a new one.

Please note that customers are responsible for shipping products back to us, but we are happy to cover the cost of shipping for the repaired or replacement item back to you.

Disposable lamp cartridges are not covered under the terms of this Warranty.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . You will be asked to provide a receipt or invoice of your purchase, confirming your name, order number and date of purchase.

If you ship a product back to us for return or repair, be sure to wrap and pack it properly so that no damage is caused to it during shipping, as we are only able to provide refunds for unopened, unused products in new condition. Any damages to the product caused during shipping are not covered under the terms of this Warranty.

If you are shipping a product back to us, please make sure to provide us with a tracking number so that we can track its journey back to us.

We ship globally.

All orders are shipped within 2 business days after payment has cleared. Orders are shipped Monday through Thursday, with the exclusion of holidays.

Smaller items, such as disposable lamp cartridges, are shipped via Standard Registered Post and are typically delivered within 7-15 business days.

Larger items, such as the Silk'n hair removal devices are shipped via DHL or EMS (Standard Express Mail), depending on their destinations. Packages shipped via DHL or EMS usually arrive within 3-10 business days*.

You should receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking details once your order has shipped.

Please note that we do not ship to the United States or Canada. is not responsible for any Customs or Import duties incurred upon the arrival of the package to your country, or for any delays caused by Customs inspections.
